Work Experience

Unfortunately, AGSA does not have the resources to accommodate work experience students.

However for work experience in the arts, you may wish to consider a placement at the following arts Organisations:

• Carclew. For more information about potential opportunities, email carclew@carclew.org.au
• Adelaide Festival Centre has a work experience program with two intakes per year.
• History Trust - which see students rotate through placements at multiple sites in South Australia.

Alternatively, you could get in contact with the Cultural Officers or Youth Officers at your local Council, who may run arts events in your area. There may also be small galleries or art spaces in your local area who would appreciate the additional support.

If you wish to engage with the gallery in other ways, we suggest attending one of our programs for teens called Neo. A great way to get involved would be to become a Neo Ambassador.
