Bespoke Gallery Tour Terms and Conditions
- Tour fees apply and are subject to change.
- Tours are subject to Guide and Gallery availability. AGSA cannot guarantee that all requests for tours will be granted.
- Tours are not generally available on Tuesday mornings or the first Sunday of the month.
- Four (4) weeks notice is required when requesting a group tour.
- Tours are generally 50mins - 1 hour.
- One (1) Gallery Guide will be allocated per fifteen (15) people.
- The number of attendees must be confirmed no later than seven (7) days prior to your tour. If necessary, additional guides will be will be allocated per group of fifteen (15) (or part thereof) and additional fees will apply.
- Payment is required via card only, in one transaction, at least seven (7) days prior to your tour. A link to online payment will be supplied.
- Tour fees will not be refunded if the tour is cancelled by the purchaser as per the AGSA Event Refund Policy.
- If AGSA cancels your tour, a refund or reschedule of your tour will be offered as per the AGSA Event Refund Policy.
- Tours may be rescheduled, subject to Guide and Gallery availability, if AGSA is notified at least five (5) days in advance of your tour as per the AGSA Event Refund Policy.
- Any exhibition tickets required are not included in the tour price, and must be purchased separately unless otherwise stated.
