2025 Tarnanthi Transport Subsidy Booking Information
Congratulations on your successful application! We look forward to welcoming you and your students to the Gallery in term 4 to visit Tarnanthi. All information about how to book your transport, invoicing, risk assessment, insurance and resources can be found below.
Transport to AGSA
You are responsible for booking transport. Payment for transport is to be paid by your school. Reimbursement by AGSA will occur post-visit upon completion of your feedback form.

- Teacher Briefing, Wednesday 22 October, 4.30pm – 7pm. The recording of this briefing will be available post event on the resource page (below) for you to listen to if you can’t make it in person.
- Complimentary access to our online professional development session Beginner’s Guide to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art. This requires you to enter the password: Intro2025$

Once you have visited the Gallery:
- Payments of invoices will be paid after you have visited AGSA.
- You will be required to complete our feedback form before we can process your invoice.
- Have your school raise an invoice for the agreed amount GST inclusive.
- Address the invoice to the Art Gallery of South Australia, North Terrace, Adelaide, 5000, co/Education. We can not process bus invoices addressed to your school.
- Send your invoice to education@artgallery.sa.gov.au. You can also attach this invoice to the evaluation form.
We would love to see what your students get up to while at the Gallery, or post visit in their classrooms so we can share these on our Online Student Gallery, social media, website and for reporting purposes. Please send photographs of student work responses to: education@artgallery.sa.gov.au. You can also tag @agsa.education on Instagram or Facebook.
