Transport Subsidy Feedback - Monet to Matisse

Your feedback is valuable and we appreciate the time you have taken to complete the form below. This feedback helps us to advocate for future funding opportunities for schools to visit AGSA, and may be used on our website, social media and for reporting purposes. This feedback will also be shared with the private donors who contributed funds towards this subsidy.

If you have any photographs of student work in response to the exhibition, we would love to share these on our Online Student Gallery. If you took any photographs of your students during your visit (and you have permission to share) we would love to see these too. These, along with your feedback, may be included on our website and/or @agsa.education Instagram and Facebook accounts highlighting subsidy recipients, and in our annual report to the Department for Education.

Please email any images to education@artgallery.sa.gov.au. You may also opt for these images to only be used for in-house and Government reporting purposes.

Invoice Information

  • Have your school raise an invoice for the agreed amount GST inclusive.
  • Address the invoice to the Art Gallery of South Australia, North Terrace, Adelaide, 5000, co/Education. We can not process bus invoices addressed to your school or quotations. It must be an invoice addressed to us from your school.
  • Send your invoice to education@artgallery.sa.gov.au. You can also attach this invoice to the evaluation form.
