If our application for the Monet to Matisse Transport subsidy is successful, we/I agree to the following:

• Your school site is a Department for Education school/or a school located regionally in South Australia.
• To visit the Monet to Matisse: Defying Tradition exhibition during your visit to AGSA and that your excursion will take place in term 3 or 4 up to and including week 4, 2026.
• That your visit to AGSA is the priority of your excursion.
• You will arrive on time for your booked session and stay for the duration. We have experienced previous subsidy recipients who have rushed through their time with us in order to prioritise lunch or other activities planned elsewhere on the day.
• Prepare your students prior for your visit including Gallery etiquette and an understanding of why and what they are visiting.
• Successful applicants can not use their transport subsidy for another time other than term 3 or 4 up to and including week 4, 2026
• To arrange the transport booking with your preferred bus company.
• A maximum of $1000 may be approved per school site
• To liaise with our Education Team to book an appropriate time for your excursion
• To invoice AGSA Education for the agreed subsidy amount (inclusive of GST) post excursion
• To complete an evaluation form post excursion
