Students viewed images of works of art by artists Paul Beadle, Dora Chapman, Robert Hannaford & Nora Heysen and examined their mark making techniques. Facilitated by Ruby Chew, students were guided through a series of drawings exploring facial features, mark making, structure, facial planes and tone before beginning their final self-portrait.
