Nagula Jarndu, meaning ‘Saltwater Woman’ in the Yawuru language, is a women’s art centre based in Broome. Our artists draw inspiration from the colours and natural beauty of the West Kimberley as well as imagery that is culturally significant. The women specialise in block printing on textiles and explore layering of images to create one-of-a-kind effects.
