Yarrenyty Arltere Artists are renowned for their vibrant, playful sculptures made from recycled wool and natural dyes. For Tarnanthi 2021 they have transferred their stitching skills from soft sculptures to create a collection of fashion garments and accessories in their inimitable quirky style. This collection of full garment looks follows the success of clothing they produced for Country to Couture two years ago at the Darwin Art Fair. Yarrenyty Arltere Artists is a not-for-profit, Aboriginal-owned and run art centre in Mparntwe (Alice Springs). The artists are mostly from the Larapinta Valley, where the art centre is located.
