Monet to Matisse Friday Nights: DJ Mehdi

Every Friday, Monet to Matisse stays open late for an after‑hours experience with art, beats and bubbles. Kick back with live music, Taittinger champagne and French-inspired bar snacks (available to purchase), plus unlimited access to more than 100 works spanning a century of modern art – from Monet and Cézanne, to Matisse and Mondrian.

This Friday's performance is from DJ Mehdi, head-honcho of Condesa Electronics. With family heritage from both Morocco and Mauritius, along with a childhood spent on the outskirts of London, Mehdi was exposed to eclectic sounds from an early age.

Inspired by a melting pot of soulful sounds and the energy he found in clubs and record stores alike, Mehdi El-Aquil knows how to hit all the right frequencies, informed by decades of collecting records and understanding how to play music to its optimum form.

Tickets for this event are available online only, please book in advance. Last entry is at 8pm.
