Ticketing Terms and Conditions - Winter Art Series 2026
- The sale of a ticket is subject to the Art Gallery of South Australia’s terms and conditions of entry.
- A valid ticket must be produced to gain entry to a ticketed exhibition, program or event.
- A booking cannot be confirmed without full receipt of payment.
- Unless otherwise specified, tickets are valid for one entry only to the exhibition, program or event.
- Ticket holders should be prepared to produce valid identification at point of entry.
- Concession, AGSA Members and Season Pass ticket holders must produce valid identification for collection of tickets and tickets presented at the venue. If proof of entitlement is not able to be presented, ticket holders may be required to upgrade to an Adult ticket. Individual Concession, Student, Proof of Age, and Membership cards must be presented to receive discounted tickets.
- AGSA reserves the right to cancel a ticket and refund the amount paid.
- If Print at Home ticketing is unavailable or cannot be accessed, tickets can only be collected by the purchaser recorded.
- AGSA reserves the right to vary ticket prices, seating arrangements and capacity, add, withdraw, or reschedule programs and presenters.
- Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets cannot be replaced.
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Ticket buyers will be automatically opted-in to AGSA's e-marketing database. If ticket buyers no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact the Art Gallery of South Australia for removal.
- Exhibition tickets cannot be used for any other exhibition, program or event unless specified.
- Last entry to exhibition is 30 minutes prior to AGSA closing. AGSA reserves the right to alter opening times of the exhibition.
- AGSA tickets are not to be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes or resale unless authorised by the AGSA. Use of the AGSA’s trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to AGSA’s consent. AGSA reserves the right to cancel a ticket if any of these terms and conditions are considered to be breached.
- AGSA will request and record personal information necessary for the provision of the service. These details will not be used for any other purpose or disclosed without your consent. For more information please refer to the AGSA Privacy Policy.
- Please present a valid Companion Card at AGSA Ticket Desk during exhibition hours to receive a complimentary exhibition ticket, when purchasing a ticket for the card holder.

- Tickets purchased through a third party are also subject to the Terms and Conditions of the third party seller.
- AGSA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
AGSA Members
- New or renewing AGSA members (who join or renew for 2 years or more) will receive a complimentary ticket to the exhibition.
- Existing AGSA members can purchase tickets at the Member price.
- Members receive 10% discount on ticketed AGSA programs and events. The full discount may not apply to programs which include exhibition entry.
- AGSA Members special offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
- AGSA Membership reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
Flexi Tickets
- Flexi Tickets will be available for purchase online from 1 October 2025 – 8 November 2026.
- Flexi Tickets will be available for purchase online at a reduced Early Bird rate from 1 October 2025 – 31 December 2025 and will increase to the regular price from 1 January 2026.
- Flexi Tickets will be available for purchase in person from the Atrium Ticket Desk from 11 July – 8 November 2026.
- Flexi Tickets can be used for single entry at any time during regular exhibition hours.
- Flexi Ticket holders are not required to nominate a time to enter the exhibition.
- AGSA reserves the right to delay entry into the exhibition at times of congestion.
- AGSA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
Timed Tickets
- Timed Tickets will be available for purchase online from 1 January – 8 November 2026.
- Timed Tickets will be available for purchase in person from the Atrium Ticket Desk from 11 July-8 November 2026.
- Timed Tickets are valid for single entry, entering only during the Timed Entry Session nominated at time of purchase.
- Timed Entry Sessions are held in 30-minute increments.
- The first Timed Entry Session will begin when the Gallery opens and the last will begin 1 hour prior to the Gallery closing, with last entry to the exhibition no later than 30 minutes before the Gallery closes.
- After entering using a Timed Ticket, there is no specified exit time from the exhibition.
- The nominated Timed Entry Session of a Timed Ticket can be changed, only if there is suitable capacity during an alternative entry session.
- AGSA reserves the right to deny entry to Timed Ticket holders who arrive outside their nominated Timed Entry Session and no suitable alternative entry session is available.
- AGSA reserves the right to delay entry into the exhibition at times of congestion.
- AGSA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice.
Season Pass
- This ticket is for the exclusive use of the person identified on the Season Pass and is non-transferable.
- This ticket is available for purchase by all visitors.
- No further discounts apply.
- This ticket grants unlimited visits to the exhibition during regular exhibition hours.
- This ticket must be presented at each visit to the exhibition.
- AGSA may ask to see photo identification at time of exhibition entry.
- AGSA reserves the right to delay entry into the exhibition at times of congestion.
