NOTES: Concession memberships are available to full-time students, pensioners, veterans’ affairs, health care card holders and country residents (postcodes 5200+). Joint members must reside at the same address.

To check your AGSA membership status, you can:

  • The Members Lounge and facilities are available for use by AGSA members during AGSA opening hours.
  • Members must carry their membership card with them when accessing the Members Lounge.
  • Members and guests must vacate the Members Lounge 15 minutes prior to AGSA closing time.
  • Members Lounge opening and closing times are subject to change without notice.
  • Members are not permitted to remove any items from the Lounge.
  • Members and guests must respect each other and staff. Aggressive behaviour (verbal or physical) will not be tolerated.
  • Members and guests are requested to observe AGSA protocols regarding artworks in the Lounge.
  • Persons behaving in an unacceptable manner will be asked to leave the premises and their membership may be cancelled.
  • The Members Lounge is not available for use for private parties or group activities without pre-arranged permission from the Art Gallery of South Australia (AGSA).
  • All visitors must follow directions from AGSA staff. Members may be asked to leave the Members Lounge at any time by AGSA staff should they not respect the members terms and conditions of entry and use policy.
  • Small business meetings are permitted but must be informal and discreet in order not to disturb other guests.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • The Members Lounge kitchen is available for use by all AGSA members, offering complimentary tea and coffee. We kindly request that members maintain the cleanliness of the space by tidying up after use. Any cutlery, cups, or dishes should be placed in the dishwasher provided. The gallery strives to create a welcoming environment for all, and your cooperation in keeping the kitchen area clean and organized is greatly appreciated. This ensures a pleasant experience for everyone enjoying the lounge.
