Terms and conditions

You are entitled to a full refund if cancellations are made at least two weeks prior to the event. This allows us time to amend catering orders and offer available places to waiting lists.

Please note this does not apply to Educator Packages.

Cancellations and refunds do not apply for online events that will be recorded. You will be sent the link to catch-up post event.

No refunds will be provided. If you need to cancel less than two week prior to an event, you may transfer your booking to another participant or to another event of equal or less value, within the same calendar year. No subsequent changes can be made.

Please note events included in the Educator Packages are not available for transfer to another participant or to another event of equal or less value, within the same calendar year.

If you or a dependant are unwell and you can not attend an event at late notice, we can provide a refund of the ticket price, minus a cancellation fee of $20 once a medical certificate is provided.

Events may be photographed for promotional purposes if you do not wish to have your photo taken please advise us upon registration. Such images are reproduced and published without acknowledgement, remuneration or compensation by AGSA Education.

An Educator Package is to be allocated to one individual. Events can not be shared or split between multiple participants. No substitutions if you are unavailable to attend.

Event details are subject to change and you will be notified via email of any such changes. Please ensure your contact details are correct.

If you are unable to attend, please let the Education Team know via education@artgallery.sa.gov.au for catering and room capacity purposes.

No refunds will be provided for the Education Package after the first event has occurred.
